The Julian Code is a four number code that is an expiration date; the first three numbers tell the day of the year and the fourth number is the year. For example 0438 is the 43rd day of the year 2008. Do you offer coupons? At this time we do not have a coupon program. Can I purchase pasta directly from your company? Unfortunately we are not set up to sell directly to consumers. How long do I cook it? Do you have any recipes?
