Text Box: Frequently Asked Questions
Consumers of our Retail Brands (Italian Chef & Betty Baker) will find the answers to the most common product questions below.

Where can I find the expiration date?
On packaging of Italian Chef and Betty Baker products, we stamp either the actual date or an industry code called a Julian. The Julian Code is a four number code that is an expiration date; the first three numbers tell the day of the year and the fourth number is the year. For example 0438 is the 43rd day of the year 2008.

Do you offer coupons?
At this time we do not have a coupon program.

Can I purchase pasta directly from your company?
Unfortunately we are not set up to sell directly to consumers.

How long do I cook it? Do you have any recipes?
Please visit the National Pasta Association website for answers to these questions and more! www.ILovePasta.org

The quality of my pasta seems off. What should I do?
We strive to produce the finest quality pasta products and meals. Occasionally a box or bag might get past our stringent quality control process and end up in the supermarket. While this is an extremely rare instance, we want you to be happy with our products. If this happens to you, please CONTACT us and we’ll be happy to replace your product.
